The China Association for Public Companies (CAPC) held a special training session on its training platform this afternoon (March 23, 2022). The training theme was: How listed companies can disclose environmental information in compliance. PENGSCPA participated in this training meeting. The training experts shared the current requirements of domestic regulatory agencies on environmental information disclosure, the relevant regulations of the Main Board, SSE STAR MARKET, Growth Enterprise Market and the Beijing Stock Exchange on the disclosure of environmental information by public companies, and reminded the importance of compliance disclosure.
